ABSOLUT ICEBAR LONDON is the UK's only permanent bar made of ice and is kept at minus 5 degress all year round. Everything inside is made out of crystal clear ice harvested especially from the frozen Torne River in Jukkasjarvi, Northern Sweden.

ABSOLUT ICEBAR is operated in 40 minute time slots and you will be given a designer thermal cape with a hood to keep you warm during your visit.

Once a year the entire bar is completely transformed with a new design theme and layout by a team of skilled ice designers and sculptors, using new ice from the Torne River in northern Sweden, a source which has long been highly regarded for its unique purity.

With each new design, the designers build on the tradition of groundbreaking innovation and style for which ABSOLUT ICEBAR has become famous.

For the latest ICEBAR theme, we have dived deep into the dark mysterious aquatic underworld for inspiration. Visitors could be forgiven for thinking that they were at the bottom of the sea, as a series of underwater effects and visuals provide guests with the impression that they are in a remote sub-aquatic station. Intelligent lighting installations, based on underwater light reflections, enhance the imaginative concept while real footage of fish, jellyfish and other deep sea creatures are projected on to the walls.

In keeping with the theme, a large periscope allows guests to zoom in from the underwater surroundings, while bartenders dressed in submariner attire serve unique fusions of flavour which have been specifically developed to complement the new surroundings.
