I would just like to say a huge thank you for such an amazing evening my girlfriend and I had last Saturday night. The restaurant and icebar was so much better than what we both imagined, excellent service both restaurant and bar, just outstanding food in the restaurant, so much selection of cocktails too, however I did take a liking to the apple mojito!! What really topped off the evening for us, was the reservation of the bar table after we finished our food and when we went out for cigarettes, then one of the managers I believe allowed us to queue jump for the icebar because we had been such loyal customers. I will be highly recommending this to anyone who takes a trip to London, definitely something you can't miss. Thank you again and hopefully see you all again.

Right from the start with the friendly door staff (pretty rare in itself these days!) and great 'hosts' with genuinely good food all night, we all had a great time. The evening had a brilliant atmosphere and it really felt that you had put a lot of thought and effort into the evening which made all the difference. Thanks to all of the people in the office who had all the time in the world for me when I was making all the arrangements. Everyone really enjoyed the Ice bar. The Restaurant staff could not do enough for us. The food was lovely although, The prawns and the beef were brilliant. The chips were the best we have ever eaten. I would definitely come back - and recommend it to others, in fact I am lucky enough to be going to the Ice Hotel in February, so it was a fabulous taster for that. Thanks once again to you all.

I would just like to say what a fabulous experience we had on Friday night when we had dinner in the Below Zero restaurant and then went on to experience the Ice Bar. Our dinner reservation was at 19.45, we were greeted courteously and shown to our table. The food we ordered was amazing and the service and attention we received was incredible. We felt completely spoilt and 'looked after' throughout the whole meal. The Ice Bar experience was also excellent, again being extremely well organised by polite and professional staff. I would be very grateful if you would pass on our thanks to all staff from Friday as we have such wonderful memories of a fabulous evening and would highly recommend the restaurant and Ice bar to our friends. I came to your restaurant during a night where you had live music. I wasnt expecting much, but ended up having the most amazing night in London I have ever had. The food was outstanding; the ABSOLUT ICEBAR was chilly but BRILLIANT! Your staff, however, is what made my night so enjoyable. When we came to the ABSOLUT ICEBAR we were greeted by a very wonderful and welcoming young man that was very polite and informative. Our server was attentive and knowledgeable and the music was fantastic! Before we went to see the live music and have dinner, My boyfriend and I waited to be seated we had such a lovely conversation with the very darling young American girl and she made my boyfriend and I laugh quite a bit . I never expect the kind of customer service and hospitality I received that evening. It was brilliant. All and all, the evening was just what I need to overcome the clouds hanging above my head. So thank you to the gentleman who greeted us, the ABSOLUTELY fabulous American girl, and my very handsome and knowledgeable server. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was delightful. You are very lucky to employ some of the most extraordinary people I have ever come across at a restaurant in London. Very well done, and I hope to come back soon.

I am just writing to thank you and the team for the superb service I received on a recent trip to belowzero. Not only were the reception staff particularly pleasing on the eye but the food was absolutely delicious and I must send my regards to the chef, particularly in regards to the reindeer - which is a delicacy I had never experienced before! The cocktails served through out the meal were some of the best I have tried in years, and the Absolut Reactor vodka within the ABSOLUT ICEBAR blew me away. My friend and I visited from Ireland on the 2nd May. We had a fabulous lunch of tasty tapas sitting outside in the sunshine. The staff were very attentive and friendly making the experience that much more enjoyable. After lunch we went into the ABSOLUT ICEBAR - Wow funky - I will certainly recommend it to my friends as a fun and different London experience. I would certainly go back!

Wow, what a fantastic evening. We had the best time ever!!!!! The food was fantastic, the chef is to be complimented. Value was superb. The service was second to none. The idea is terrific.. We even arrived late due to the traffic and by the time we arrived I was so flustered, but Steve was so calm and professional and so reassuring that I soon relaxed and we all had such a great time. You made my son's 21st birthday a very memorable, thank you. I can honestly say that this was one of my best evenings ever and will definitely recommend the ice bar to everyone. We would like to know about booking our Christmas parties at the ABSOLUT ICEBAR as 3 of us own our own businesses and are very interested.

Just a note to say what a fabulous fantastic night I had at belowzero. I thought the menu was great, imaginative and not over priced. The drinks (especially the reactor) did the trick and turned this OAP back into a Motown Maniac! The DJ played fantastic music and so many handsome young men who didn't mind dancing with a little white haired old lady. I can't remember everyone's names, so thanks to Nathanial and Helena, and apologies to everyone else - all the staff were very friendly and obliging. We were able to sit outside but the evening had a bit of a chill so the patio heaters were soon up and running. The cape and gloves did a marvellous job for the visit down to the ABSOLUT ICEBAR, and then rounded off with a professional photo (beats taking your own pictures any day). Spoke to quite a few other Ice Bar "novices" and all were enjoying the "novelty" and the fantastic atmosphere. THANKS AGAIN.

Just a quick note to thank you. Katie and I had a great time on Wednesday in the Ice Bar. She sat in every seat, put her hand through every hole, felt every hand print and stroked every single block of ice. She loved the different textures and finishes. She normally does not say too much but she did not want to leave until she had done everything. I was delighted for her. She always says she likes the cold and this gave her a chance to show me how. Having visited the Icebar and eaten at belowzero previously, I thought it would be a real treat to bring my mother-in-law for a visit. We arrived a little bit too early for our scheduled visit at 12.30 - as my mother in law is 75 and I'm slightly disabled we were so pleased by the attitude of your staff who not only allowed us to sit in your outside area, they even made us coffee which was most welcomed having been travelling from South Wales since 8.00 in the morning. The Icebar once again was brilliant and the meal afterwards in your Alfresco area was superb - and the service provided by the waiter (the same young man who served us coffee) was an absolute joy and made our visit even more special. My husband I travel to London regularly to visit the theatre and like to try different restaurants - but we have yet to find one as good as belowzero.
