LOUISA LYTTON
Louisa Lytton is a former pupil of the Sylvia Young Theatre School who rose to fame in 2005 when joining EastEnders as Ruby Allen. After leaving EastEnders in late 2006, Louisa joined The Bill from May 2007 to March 2009. She also appeared on Strictly Come Dancing in 2006 and represented the UK at the Eurovision Dance Contest 2008 in Glasgow.

In July 2009 Louisa joined the British Shakespeare Company to tour the UK and Prague in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Much Ado About Nothing. She played Cobweb (a fairy) in A Midsummer Night's Dream and Hero in Much Ado About Nothing. She also stars in American Pie Presents: The Book of Love as Imogen (a British exchange student) released in December 2009.

Louisa is extra excited for the LiVE GEMS, Sylvia Young Ex-Student Special. Not only because she is co-hosting the night with her good friend Gem, she’s also looking forward to seeing a few old faces from school! It could end up being a bit of a school reunion.

GEM ALLEN
Gem is a multi creative talent cutting across TV & Live Presenting, Acting and as an Established Artist. She is also the founder/organiser of LiVE GEMS showcases. She attended the Sylvia Young Theatre School and says the fun memories will live forever.

Based in the UK Gem is a talented Singer/Songwriter and credits include a UK Arena Tour supporting X Factor Winner Shayne Ward, Worldwide Performances & Live TV appearances on channels BBC, ITV & Sky to name a few. Throughout her life she has been working extremely hard to fight her way up the very long ladder to fulfil her dreams. She loves performing and singing live!.. 'It's what I LOVE and LIVE to do. You just can't beat the buzz of performing!!'

This will be Gem's 4th LIVE GEMS showcase and as it's a Sylvia Young Ex-Student Special, she cant wait to perform alongside her old school mates just like the old days :)
