I enjoy delivering memorable and inspiring events of all sorts and
have a lively imagination that never stops working to create events
that sparkle. Away from work, I love pitchers of frozen margaritas,
artisanal cheese boards, weekends away, trying new openings on
the restaurant and bar scene and taking inspiration from London's
incredible architecture and art galleries.

I'm a born and bred Sunshine Coast girl and yes, love a good walk
along the beach. I moved from Australia 5 years ago and have been
with the belowzero team for most of that time. My favourite London
location would have to be Columbia flower markets on a Sunday,
sitting on the side walk sipping a Bloody Mary.

When not working, I enjoy my time in the music industry, catching up
with friends, exploring London or finding new bars. I try and get out of
the UK when I can, to some far off place in Europe for the weekend.

I moved to London from Capri which is a beautiful island in the south
of Italy to become the "coolest" bar manager in London. I love working
in this environment but I do need to spend some time in the Caribbean,
at least once a year, to feel warm and where I can drink as many mojitos
as I want.

When I first came to London I was in love with the city straight away and
had been working in Italy as a bartender. I started to look for a job in the
same industry and found myself working for fantastic venues such as the
Collection and the Zeta Bar in Park Lane before landing at Below Zero as
Bar Manager were still I am. In my free time I like checking out nice venues
where I can enjoy a nice Bloody Mary, Markets and eating out with my friends.
