Minors are welcome to visit ICEBAR London until 17:45, if accompanied by a legal parent or guardian. Valid ID will be required. Under 18's must vacate the premises by 6.30pm

Management reserves the right to refuse entrance if guests are intoxicated or underage.


PROMOTION T&C

Free drink with selected promotions
Valid Sun-Thur only, not valid throughout Nov - Dec. One drink per person, up to 8 people. Not in conjunction with any other offer. Management reserves the right to refuse service.


ICEBAR and DINE "IBDINE" promotion
Price includes entry to the ICEBAR. For groups of 8 or less. Full prepayment at time of booking. Offer may be subject to change. Bookings can be made up to 28 days in advance. To book package we require 24 hours notice prior to date of visit. Please call reservations for full terms and conditions and availability. Not in conjunction with any other offer. A 12.5% service charge will be added to any additional sides or drinks ordered.


Large Party
All groups of 9 of more guests in our restaurant are required to dine from on of our Large Party Packages. Our largest restaurant tables are round and are not suitable to push together. Groups of 9 or more people will be seated on 2 or more tables; however they will be directly next to each other and served as one. Your menu selection is needed at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. Service change is included within the menu you have chosen and is not optional. A 12.5% service charge will be added to any additional sides or drinks ordered.

ADVANCE RESERVATIONS


Do I need to make a reservation to visit ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London?  
We highly recommended you make a reservation as we often get fully booked,
especially at weekends.


What happens if I just turn up on the day?
We will do our best to accommodate you; however we can't guarantee entrance as ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London has a strict 60 person capacity and some time sessions do sell out in advance, especially at weekends.


Do I have to pay in advance?
Yes, we require full pre-payment at the time of booking.


Can I make a provisional booking?  
Sorry, no, we do not take provisional reservations.


"I'm not sure what time I'd like to book and I can't confirm numbers just yet."
We know it can be difficult to get your friends to commit, but we do need a definite time and number of guests from you to make a booking. We have a very extensive and busy reservation system, offering over 300 different time sessions and unfortunately holding 'maybe'slots is not possible.


What is your cancellation policy?
As long as you call us a minimum of 48 hours in advance we'll be happy to give you a refund if you need to cancel. Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds with less than 48 hours notice.


Can I combine my visit to ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London with dinner or drinks in belowzero restaurant + lounge?
Of course, what a good idea! Groups of up to 8 can book online, however to book a table that might best coordinate with your ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London time we'd recommend calling our helpful reservations team.


Can I increase my reservation size?
Yes, dependant on remaining availability. Maximum group size is 25.


I would like to book for 25 people or more?
Ooh a party! Our events team handle a wide variety of corporate and private events. Contact them on 020 7478 8917 or email events@belowzerolondon.com; they will be happy to advise you and email you a specific quote.


Can I decrease my reservation size?
Yes, although to offer you a refund on any prepayments please call us a minimum of 48 hours prior to your reservation. Refunds are processed after your reservation date.


Can I move my reservation to a different time and date?
Yes so long as there is availability, to a maximum of 28 days in advance.


Do you offer any group or student discounts?
We do not currently offer any large party or student discounts in either belowzero or ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London. We do run special offers from time to time though; give us a call to find out more.


What can you do for birthdays and other special occasions? 
We do not allow any food, fire or helium inside ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London which unfortunately rules out cakes, candles & balloons! The ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London experience is so novel and sensuous that it is a special occasion in itself.


How do I make a reservation?
Book online (groups of 8 or fewer) or phone us on 020 7478 8910 – we're here from 9am until late
Monday – Saturday and 1-9pm on Sundays.

Your website won't let me book more than 28 days in advance – can I do this over the phone?
No, both the online reservation system and the reservations team only take bookings 28 days in advance.


I didn't receive my email confirmation – have I got a reservation? 
You probably do, but as our confirmation emails are automated they will sometimes bounce back or get caught in your email junk folder. If you want to double-check then call us to confirm your reservation.


The internet says you can only book for 8 people – is this correct? 
No, but we prefer to talk to any guests wishing to book for large groups; this really does help avoid any miscommunication. We are more than happy to take bookings for parties of up to 25 over the phone.

 

Do you have wheelchair access?

Yes, the ICEBAR, Wolf bar and disabled facilities are situated on the ground floor,

however we have no lift access to the restaurant in the basement.

Lunch or Dinner can served in the Wolf Bar or weather permitting on the terrace.


ON THE DAY OF YOUR RESERVATION


Where are you located and what's the nearest station?
31-33 Heddon Street, Mayfair, London W1B 4BN. Heddon Street is located just off Regent Street and is a 5 minute walk from either Piccadilly Circus or Oxford Circus tube stations.


What happens if I just turn up on the day?

What is the dress code?
Our dress code is smart-casual. Jeans and smart trainers are acceptable, although no tracksuits please. Please note that on special occasions, such as hen and stag parties, any offensive or dangerous items are required to be left in the cloak room for the duration your stay.


Do I need to bring my email confirmation?
No, just tell us the name your reservation was made under when you arrive at
reception.


What happens if I arrive late? 
All ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London sessions run for 40 minutes. Tickets are non-refundable if you miss your session. If you know in advance that you will not be able to make your reservation time, please call us to try and arrange an alternate time to avoid losing your deposit.


Can I wear heels inside the bar?
Yes, the floor is made of non-slip metal.


Do I need to dress especially warmly?
No, we provide you with thermal capes and mittens which you wear over your regular clothes. Most people find this to be enough protection from the -5c temperature, however if you feel you are extra sensitive to the cold then you may wish to wear a warm outfit or bring an extra layer. Don't forget, being cold is part of the fun!


Can we take photographs inside ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London? 
Yes, you can snap away as long as the photos are for personal use and not for publication. If you'd like a professional memento then you might like to know that on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings we have our own photographer taking pictures for you to purchase. If you decide not to purchase on the night you can order them online later.


Can I stay in there for longer than 40 minutes?
You are more than welcome to purchase another ticket to join us for a second session, providing the next time session is not fully booked.

ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London POLICIES


Can we eat inside ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London?
No, ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London is strictly a drinks-only bar; no food is allowed inside. Only ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London drinks can be consumed in the bar. We do however have our own restaurant on the lower ground floor. Simply enquire with our reservations team or a member of staff.


Can I smoke inside the bar? 
No, we are a non-smoking venue. There is an outside terrace area where you are
welcome to smoke.


Is ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London open all year round?
Yes, ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London is open all year. We shut for a week once a year for our biannual
rebuild.


Do you have a dance floor? 
No, there is music in ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London but it is a bar not a club. On Friday and Saturday evenings we have a DJ playing up-tempo tunes in the warm lounge area in belowzero. On other days we still listen to cool contemporary music but the DJ is not live.


I'd like to book a table in ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London.
Please note, ICEBAR BY ICEHOTEL London is a standing-only bar and there are no tables.


Is the floor made of ice?
No, the floor is made of non-slip metal.


Is it ok to enter the bar when you're pregnant?
Yes, there are no health risks to pregnant women.


Can I keep the ice glass?
The ice glass will not last long outside.
