Head Chef, Dimitry Rode, has a well travelled knowledge of food from his Russian born influences to his grown up heritage in Australia. The dishes on the menu have been carefully prepared to offer a unique dining experience that includes some truly special delights. Dimitry’s menu philosophies are simple. Keep the ingredients fresh and keep sourcing as ethical as possible.

The restaurant bases its dishes on modern European food. However we are happy to cater to bespoke needs if required.
